silex technology, Inc. complies with relevant laws and regulations including Corporation Law and Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and endeavors to disclose company information in a fair and timely manner in accordance with Regulations Pertaining to the Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by issuers of Listed Securities stipulated by the JASDAQ Securities Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Timely Disclosure Regulations"). We will also share crucial information with not only analysts or other select individuals but also a wider audience of retail investors.

Method of Disclosure

Pursuant to Timely Disclosure Regulations, information will be first released to JASDAQ, then to TDnet, which is administrated by the Japan Securities Dealers Association.
